Liza Rogers

Co-Founder, Women's Real Estate Network
Co-Producer, Expo2018

WREN - Women's Real Estate Network

Liza Rogers is enthusiastic about small business here on the west coast… to put it mildly!

She relocated to Victoria four years ago (partly due to how unaffordable Vancouver had become), fell in love with the island and began working in start-ups such as Fish Eye Project and the Robert Bateman Centre.

Having a background in tourism and events, being a single woman and living a lifestyle of overseas work contracts left Liza in a tough spot when looking for a home. She realized that in order to get into the real estate market as a homeowner she would have to get creative. That creativity lead her to learn as much as possible about investing, multiple income streams, Airbnb and much more. Liza was hooked and has since thrown herself into helping others find their own creative ways to learn and prosper from real estate and related markets.

In the last 2 years, Liza has produced two Victoria Real Estate Expos, grown her company,  WREN - the Women's Real Estate Network where she works with experts to help women buy and prosper from income-generating properties and is currently working on developing a rental building with women investors in the area and there’s more on the horizon!

*Every project she takes on involves building community and ensuring commitment to the three pillars of sustainability.*
